Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Some items may require additional processing time, including:
Made-to-order or custom products
Furniture and oversized items
Certain wellness or specialty products shipped directly from brand partners
If an item requires extended processing time, this will typically be noted on the product page.
We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada.
Orders may ship from multiple warehouse and distribution locations throughout the United States.
Because of this, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times depending on product availability and shipping location.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment once your order has been processed and shipped.
Once your order has shipped, standard shipping typically takes:
United States: 2–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume shipping periods.
Furniture, oversized products, and freight shipments may require additional transit time.
Large furniture and oversized items may ship via freight carrier and can require scheduled delivery appointments.
Please ensure that:
Your shipping address is accurate and accessible
The item will fit through doorways, stairwells, and entry points before ordering
Someone is available to receive large deliveries if required
Additional delivery fees may apply for failed delivery attempts, address changes after shipment, storage fees, or rerouting requests.
Some smaller items can be shipped to PO Boxes.
However, furniture, oversized products, and certain specialty items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. If your order includes an item that cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will contact you before processing your order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
WellNest Living is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
Checking around your delivery location
Contacting the shipping carrier directly
Checking with neighbors or household members
