Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories
  • Free from signs of wear, damage, assembly, washing, or use
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

To request a return, please contact us at info@shopwellnestliving.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@shopwellnestliving.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and work quickly to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are intended for wellness, personal use, babies, or bedding, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used bedding, pillows, mattresses, mattress toppers, or sleep products
  • Personal care, skincare, wellness, or beauty products
  • Opened cleaning products or household consumables
  • Food, supplements, teas, or ingestible products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

Furniture & Large Item Returns

Furniture and oversized items may be subject to special return conditions and restocking fees depending on the manufacturer.

Items must be unassembled, unused, and returned in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective furniture returns unless otherwise stated.

Please contact us before initiating a furniture return so we can provide the correct instructions.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order once your approved return has been processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as WellNest Living is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.
